o She is now a member of Forbes Annual Billionaire List for the first time.
o They report that her makeup line, KKW Beauty, is worth approximately $500 million.
o She also has a majority stake in her shapewear brand, Skims, which is also valued at $500 million.
o Those assets, plus her television show and endorsement deals are enough to bring her fortune to a cool billion.
o She’s not the first one in her family to make the list. Her younger sister, Kylie Jenner, was named the youngest self-made billionaire at 21 years old.
o Still, many critics argue that she can’t be considered self-made because she came from a wealthy, well-known family.

o A new report from The Hollywood Reporter has come out that has exposed her working relationship with Director Joss Whedon.
o It says that the Justice League director threatened her career when she had “multiple concerns with the revised version of the film, including issues about her character being more aggressive than her character in Wonder Woman. She wanted to make her character flow from one movie to the next.”
o The report also says that Joss allegedly forced Gal to record lines she did not like, saying that he’s the writer and she’s going to shut up and say the lines and he can make her look incredibly stupid in this movie.
o Gal released a statement in response to the bombshell report saying, “I had my issues with [Whedon] and Warner Bros. handled it in a timely manner.”

o Hearing her sing covers for her Kellyoke segment is a highlight on her daily talk show.
o But Kelly says there is one song that she is afraid to cover.
o This week on The Voice, she told her team’s celebrity advisor, Luis Fonsi, that while she loves his song, “Despacito,” she would be too nervous to ever try and cover the song.
o She says, “I have practiced so hard, because I love singing in Spanish and different languages, and it is like the biggest song of all time. But you're like, 'You know what? I'm gonna leave that alone!'

o We’re looking at a nationwide ketchup shortage because of the pandemic.
o Because so many restaurants are now doing more to-go orders, they're going through a ton of packets . . . and prices are up 13% in 14 months.
o We're also buying more bottles of ketchup at home than ever.
o In 2020, there were more than $1 billion in ketchup sales in the U.S. . . . that's 15% higher than 2019.
