o On Friday it was announced that the newly named Jeopardy host would step down as host after backlash following past offensive and sexist remarks he made on a podcast.
o Despite his departure, the episodes he taped during his one day on the job will air.
o They will start on Monday, September 13th, the first week of the show’s 38th season.
o After that, Jeopardy will once again feature a rotating lineup of guest hosts as the studio searches for a permanent host.
