o Megan’s remix of the BTS hit “Butter” has finally been released.
o The rapper was blocked by her record label from releasing the track because the label CEO would not give his approval.
o She filed for an emergency temporary restraining order on Tuesday for them to allow the release and a judge ruled in her favor.
o Another hearing on the issue has been scheduled for September 10th.

o It has definitely lived long and prospered!
o Star Trek just revealed its 55th Anniversary plans with Star Trek Day!
o The celebration will be hosted by The Next Generation star Wil Wheaton and actress Mica Burton.
o CBS is hosting the live-streamed celebration on CBS at 5:30pm.
o The show will not only be a celebration of the show’s legacy but will also include some surprise announcements as well as some exclusive new footage.

o The upcoming 30th season of the show will be different than any other season prior.
o Yesterday, the show announced two of the new season’s contestants and one was Jojo Siwa, who will be competing with a female partner.
o This marks the first time the show has featured a same-sex pairing.
o Siwa, who identifies as pansexual, explained that she'd received an email with the title of the show in the subject line, and she'd immediately replied yes.
o They then asked if she wanted to be paired with a man or a woman. She immediately replied that she wanted to dance with the former.
o They also announced that Olympic gymnast Suni Lee will also be a contestant, fresh off winning her gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics.
