o    Reports say that the singer is expected to announce a Las Vegas residency.

o    Vital Vegas tweeted, “Nobody guessed it, so here’s the scoop! Michael Bublé joins the roster of big name talent at Resorts World starting mid-2022. Expect an official announcement in November. Big get for Resorts World…For anyone doubting his star power, rumor is he could get Gaga money, or about $1 million a show."

o    Bublé has yet to confirm the news but as the holiday season kicks into full-gar, he has delivered a new video for “It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas.”

#Rust

o    The fatal shooting of Cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the film “Rust” may have been sabotage, according to a lawyer connected to the case.

o    One of the lawyers for Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, the armorer in charge of weapons for the film said the 24-year-old admitted to having pulled the bullets for the prop gun that day, but that she pulled from a box clearly labeled “dummy rounds,” not knowing that any live ammunition was among the bullets.

o    He insinuated that someone may have altered the box without Guiterrez-Reed knowing.

o    He said, “We have people who had left the set, who had walked out because they were disgruntled. We have a time frame between 11 (a.m.) and 1 (p.m.), approximately, that day, in which the firearms at times were unattended, so there was opportunity to tamper with this scene.”

o    Another lawyer for Gutierrez-Reed said the film’s prop ammunition was in a truck that was often left unattended, giving anyone “access and opportunity.”

#BabyNames

o    Bbabycenter.com just released its list of the most popular baby names of 2021and for the first time in over a decade, "Sophia" was not the top girl's name in the U.S.

o    “Liam" was the most popular name for a boy for the third year in a row and "Olivia" was the most popular name for a girl.

o    Pop culture had a huge influence on names this year, probably because we have watched so much tv in the last 18 months.

o    The names Keeley, Roy, Jamie, Bex, and Rupert from "Ted Lasso" were all up. "Ted" itself dropped in popularity though.

o    Daphne and Eloise from "Bridgerton" saw gains.  so did Wanda, Agatha, and Darcy from "Wandavision".  and "Vision" was 22% more popular for girls, but not boys.

o    And this might be the weirdest trend:  names of the top peloton instructors did well this year.  they include Cody, Rigsby, Robin, Ally, and Adrian.
