o The Las Vegas Raiders are getting major backlash for a tweet that the organization posted following the Derek Chauvin verdict.
o The former Minneapolis police officer was found guilty on all three charges in the death of George Floyd.
o The team posted a graphic that reads “I CAN BREATHE,” with the date of Chauvin’s conviction underneath.
o Team owner Mark Davis said in no way, shape or form did he mean any disrespect to the family.
o He said he’s taking this tweet from Floyd’s brother, Philonis Floyd, who said something similar on Tuesday afternoon.
o He had said, “Today, we are able to breathe again because justice for George means freedom for all.”
