o The Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak duo have confirmed the arrival date of their debut album.
o The pair dropped their debut track “Leave the Door Open” in March before following it up with “Skate” last month.
o The album will be called “An Evening With Silk Sonic” and it will arrive in January.
o Bruno told Rolling Stone, “I don’t want to be binge-watched. We’re really in touch-up mode now. We’ve got the bones of most of the album, so it’s really about touching up parts that need a little more…grease.”

o MTV just announced the first batch of performers for the upcoming 2021 VMAs.
o This year we’ll see performances from Lil Nas X, Olivia Rodrigo, Lorde, Machine Gun Kelly, and Camila Cabello.
o This will be Olivia Rodrigo’s debut VMA performance after getting five nominations this year.
o Justin Bieber leads the pack with nominations this year with seven, including nods for Video of the Year and Artist of the Year.
o The show is September 12th at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn

o A Virginia beer maker and Duke’s Mayonnaise are joining forces to create a unique brew.
o Champion Brewing and the Virginia-based Duke’s are crafting a mayonnaise complimentary beer.
o There’s no actual mayo in Family Recipe, but it’s designed to pair nicely with the staple condiment.
o It’s a Vienna style lager that a spokesperson for the brewery says goes really well with a BLT sandwich.
o It’s set to be released on Friday.
