o Today is the day to honor veterans and active-duty military personnel.
o The origin of Veterans Day goes back to the end of World War 1 when Germany and the Allies signed a 1918 agreement to end war hostilities.
o The fighting ceased on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month.
o In November 1919, President Woodrow Wilson proclaimed Nov. 11 as the first commemoration of Armistice Day which became Veterans Day in 1954.
o Most banks are closed, Post offices will not deliver mail but they will continue package delivery and store locations will remain open.
o Clark County Schools are closed today and tomorrow

o She is their next celebrity collaborator and the Queen of Christmas wants to give you 12 days of free food.
o This is different than previous McDonald collaborations with BTS, Saweetie, J Balvin and Travis Scott where they made limited-time celebrity meals based on stars’ favorite orders.
o The “Mariah Menu” debuts on Dec. 13th and it will feature a select free item each day through Christmas Eve with a $1 minimum purchase on the McDonald’s app.
o Some of the free items included on the "Mariah Menu" range from a Big Mac on December 13, pancakes on December 18 and chocolate chip cookies on Christmas Eve.

o It’s the new subscription service that the social media platform is offering.
o Twitter Blue is $2.99 a month and subscribers can get an enhanced version of the service that allows you to organize saved tweets into folders, access a “Reader Mode” that makes longer tweet threads easier to read, and customize Twitter’s app icon and interface.
o But the most talked-about feature of the service is the “Undo Tweet” option…it gives users an extra minute to recall a tweet before it officially posts to their page.
o Basically, it just delays the time between hitting post and to when the tweet is actually published.

o They’re not the healthiest breakfast out there but now they are taking it to a whole new level!
o The makers of Pop-Tarts want us to start slathering them with butter!
o They found thousands of tweets about “Pop-Tarts and butter” from this year alone.
o They’re partnering with a company called Banner Butter and releasing a limited run of Pop-Tart branded butters to go with different flavors.
o The six butters they're selling are Chocolate, Strawberry, Sea Salt, Cinnamon with Cardamom and Ginger, Honey Habanero, and Balsamic Fig.
o They go on sale next Tuesday at BannerButter.com/PopTarts and for $25, you get a kit with all six, plus three boxes of Pop-Tarts to spread them on.
