Hey! I’m Sean, and I’ve called Austin home for a few years now. I live on the south side (78704) with my beautiful wife, Dani (who I met here!) and our cat, Sneaker (who I also met here at Austin Pets Alive). Before becoming an adopted Texan, I lived in various places along the east coast. I love it here! Austin truly has it all. Some of my favorite Austin things:

•UT football games in the fall. Well, the games AND the tailgating, let’s be real.

•the natural beauty of the lone star state. On the weekends, you will often find my wife and I hiking on one of the countless trails Texas parks have to offer. I’m still amazed that you can get completely lost in the middle of nature just minutes outside of downtown. Flowers, waterfalls, animals-you will find them all! Bring water. It’s Texas.

•enjoying the live music capital of the world. I never get tired of going to see amazing musicians-from ACL at Zilker to shows at the Moody Center, Emos, Stubbs and the Moody Theater. Not to mention the shows from up and comers at SXSW (and of course, Mix’s West of the Fest).

•hanging out with all of the amazing friends I’ve made here. Lots of late nights on west 6th, Rainey and East Austin!

•The people of this city. It’s always evolving-being the fastest growing big city in America, we are welcoming new faces to our party every day. Be kind and be weird, please!

•Other things I’m into: oh, you know, really sophisticated entertainment…like pro wrestling and Vanderpump Rules. Video games. Wondering what our cat is thinking. Watching every basketball game available. My wife and I planning our next travel adventure. Tacos and Mexican cokes.
