All intentional and unapologetic decisions she made in defiance of the male-dominated entertainment industry, these days Xtina is owning her sexuality in an exciting new way, and encouraging other women to do the same.
Creating her very own custom “Genie in a Bottle” if you will, Christina has teamed up with Playground, as co-founder and chief wellness advisor, offering a small line of personal lubricants.
The latest celeb to back a sexual wellness brand, Xtina aims to break the stigma around sexual health. Speaking to PEOPLE about her latest endeavor Christina said, “this is a very natural progression for me personally. I hope to inspire other women to feel comfortable with talking about their experiences and owning their body and their sexuality and what that means to them, because every woman is different.”
"I've gotten to know my vagina well over the last 42 years. And literally there are pleasure points that keep opening up as you get older, and that's something that I've really noticed. There's four different places that I can orgasm from around my vagina, and that is the truth," Aguilera shared.
The singer also went on to say that she prioritizes her sex life for her overall well-being, ”even if you don't have a partner, you can have your own date night with yourself, so I kind of love that about it. We travel. We don't always have access to other people. Get to know yourself early so that you can lead a more pleasurable life.”
Playground currently offers four water-based lubricants — Love Sesh, Date Night, Mini Escape and After Hours — all advertised as plant-based, vegan and featuring ingredients including hyaluronic acid, bamboo extract and vitamin E and priced at $25.
