It may come as a surprise to many that one of the most highly anticipated films of 2021 is a re-edit of a movie that came out in 2017.

Yet, thanks to the viral “Snyder Cut” movement, HBO Max’s soon-to-be released "Zack Snyder’s Justice League" is at the top of many people’s must-see list.

Now, with the official trailer’s release set for February 14th, the director has given fans a clear look at Henry Cavill's redesigned Superman costume.

In the teaser, Superman is seen wearing a black version of his iconic suit.

The video was actually first seen last year but now Snyder has released the scene in high definition, giving fans a clear look at the hero’s new appearance.

According to Movieweb, the black suit isn’t the only change promised by Snyder, who said, “I felt like my Superman had to, at every step, sort of level up and learn something, and be something different."

Zack Snyder’s four-hour version of the 2017 film has a number of changes, other than Superman’s appearance.

The director previously teased the return of Jared Leto as the Joker, among a number of other adjustments to the film.

“Zach Snyder’s Justice League” will start streaming on HBO Max on March 18th.
