- 2 1/2 C gluten-free breadcrumbs, plain
- 1/2 C gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 C milk
- canola oil, for frying
- salt
