- 3/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter plus 1-2 tablespoons
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar 70 grams
- 1/3 cup brown sugar 65 grams
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
