BOSTON - Chester, Va. native, Retail Services Specialist 1st Class Kenneth Johnson was awarded USS Constitution’s Top Guardsman award on Oct. 22.
The Top Guardsman award is presented to a Sailor who demonstrates professionalism and skill while serving as a member of the color guard at USS Constitution.
