"Join us for Strange's Florist 12th Annual Dog Days in the Garden event on Saturday, February 1 from 10am-3pm!This free, dog-friendly event showcases local nonprofit rescue and service dog groups. Bring your furry friend (on a leash) and enjoy a day of contests, raffles, demonstrations, and fun.Stop by Fetch a Cure's Pixie's Pen Pals booth and meet some of our adoptable dogs, learn about our program, and pick up some fun new merchandise.Donations NeededThe Richmond Animal League needs your support. Please show your compassion by donating money to their worthy cause. For our other vendors, we will have a 'Donation Station' set up at the event to receive the following items:Clean towels/sheets/blanketsLeashes & collarsUnopened dog foodUnopened dog treats & peanut butterDog cratesDog toysItems collected at the donation station will be split among our participating nonprofits & rescue groups at the end of the day. However, each organization will have a "Treat Jar" to receive your cash donations. Donations of any kind are optional."
