Billy Macon has a lot to be proud of but there is one thing he’s ashamed of and it’s been bugging him for 60 years. His high school diploma has a big old ugly red stamp on it that said “this student met minimum state requirements,” and instead of being proud he was embarrassed by it but thankfully he has an amazing granddaughter.
