Wicker and Wilde want you to be famous! Or at least get a great experience. Rebecca Wilde gets to see the crews shooting the TV show “Swagger” all the time in her Northside neighborhood and it's really cool. Now is your chance to be a part of it! The Apple TV+ series inspired by NBA basketball star Kevin Durant’s childhood is back in Richmond and casting extras as they film the second season.
The show stars O’Shea Jackson Jr. (Ice Cube’s son!) and Isaiah Hill, and if you missed the first season, it’s still streaming on Apple TV+. The show is expected to film from July through November in Richmond and the surrounding areas.
The casting folks are looking for people of all ages, genders and ethnicities. Kendall Cooper Casting is leading the casting charge and says in a Facebook post that the casting is open to people of all ages, genders, races and sizes.
