You know us! Wicker and Wilde love to eat! Not only that but we love supporting local and we love to try new restaurants/food. That's why we want to make sure you know that it's time, once again, for Richmond Black Restaurant Experience. It’ll be the 8th anniversary of the week-long event which celebrates the growing Black culinary scene in RVA and the Greater Richmond area.
Things kick off Sunday, March 10th at Monroe Park with Mobile Soul Sunday. Then you can try all sorts of new places, or return to some of your favorites until March 17, 2024.
There are over 35+ restaurants participating, which means there’s something for everyone and every taste. Make sure to check out one of Rebecca's favorite places, Nomad Deli, who have amazing Reuben for the meat lovers and the Clay for the vegetarians. And right now you can try 2 new restaurants in one because Nomad is sharing their space with Big Herm's Kitchen. Other great spots to try include The Hive Bar & Grill, Croaker Spot - one of Jeff's favorites, Red Hibachi & Beer, Mike's Jazz Cafe, and the Pig & Brew, another of Rebecca's go-to's which also has an incredible vibes. Find the full list HERE.
And HAPPY EATING!
