This sweet lovie is Chocolate!
Chocolate was surrendered to us under unfortunate circumstances. The past is the past, though, and Chocolate now has her eyes set straight ahead on her hopeful future!
Chocolate has had a difficult time adjusting to the shelter environment. It has taken quite a bit of time for her to warm up to us, but through the process, we have learned more about her temperament. Chocolate was initially very anxious, but turns out she is actually a chill and laidback lady! She has become much more comfortable with handling since she initially arrived here at the shelter and will now approach her hooman friends for affection. Choco just asks to be the only canine companion in the home.
