Wicker and Wilde have each seen 2 movies in the Best Picture category for the Oscars but we wanna see more! And Cinemark is making it easy to see all of the nominees for a great price! The theater chain is bringing back their Oscar Movie Week festival from March 4th to March 10th with a $40 pass. That gets you in to see all the films up for Best Picture in the week leading up to the 96th Oscars, which take place on March 10th.
The festival is happening at more than 120 participating Cinemark theaters across the country. Unfortunately the closest Cinemark is up towards D.C. in Fairfax Corner & Centreville, VA. But maybe it's time for a good old fashioned road trip! Or you could always use Amtrak. It's an easy and inexpensive ride up north.
Not only is a great price to see the movies, passholders get 50% off any size popcorn during the festival week. If you don’t buy the pass, you can still go see any of the nominated films at the theater for regular price. Cinemark is also bundling the live action and animated short nominees together for a $10 viewing available March 8th to 10th. The films eligible through the festival pass are:
“American Fiction”
“Anatomy of a Fall”
“Barbie”
“The Holdovers”
“Killers of the Flower Moon”
“Maestro”
“Oppenheimer”
“Past Lives”
“Poor Things”
“The Zone of Interest”
