Today’s recall involves vegetables. The US Food and Drug Administration has announced that Wiers Farm Inc. has expanded an earlier recall to include additional produce that could be contaminated with listeria. The recall notice affects a variety of 18 vegetable products sold at Walmart, Aldi, and Kroger locations in at least 15 states, including Virginia. Anyone who bought the products are encouraged to throw them away;
