Speckles is a lovable boy who would love to have a home of his own. Speckles was transferred to the Richmond SPCA in 2019 from Florida. Due to no fault of his own, Speckles was adopted but then returned to our care in December. Speckles is very friendly and knows skills like "sit" and "down" and is eager to learn more!
