Just being around a police cruiser while driving makes Wicker and Wilde nervous - LOL! Imagine being a teenager and you rear-end a police cruiser. That's what happened to a young man named, Quintin in Tampa. After it happened Quintin just knew he'd be in trouble - worst case senario: he'd be thrown in jail.
After the bump Hillsborough County Sheriff's Sergeant Vance, who wasn't hurt, got out to make sure Quintin wasn't hurt either. The two spoke and Vance assured Quintin that he wasn't going to jail. She said, "accidents happen." Vance added that Quintin wasn't speeding or distracted - traffic just stopped too quickly.
The two chatted for so long that Quintin ended up inviting Sergeant and her partner to his graduation which was the next day...and she went! Vance said it was an offer she couldn't refuse. The sheriff's office share the photo from the big day on their Facebook page.
