Benny bonds quickly with his people and loves being close by — sometimes right in your lap! He’s equal parts cuddle buddy and curious explorer, with a little mischievous streak that keeps life interesting.

Playing “Destroy the Toy,” chasing squirrels (he’s got moves!) 🐿️, splashing around like a part-time gator 🐊, sticking his head out the car window like a pro, lounging after a good stretch, and eating watermelon like it’s his job 🍉
🏡 Benny does well with calmer dogs and has been a polite houseguest to cats. He’s a bit unsure around young kiddos, so a home with older children or adults would be his comfort zone.
He’s looking for someone patient and kind to help him build his confidence and show him that the world isn’t so scary — someone he can call his person. If you’ve got room in your heart (and maybe a few toys to destroy), Benny is waiting to love you back tenfold.
