An Airbnb host can make over $60,000 here in Virginia. Yep! The average annual pay for a host in Virginia is $61,581 a year and it's the best if you live in Richmond. That works out to be just under $30 bucks an hour! That is the equivalent of $1,184 a week or $5,131 per month. I'll tell you what, that certainly sounds tempting.....
