Hailey Bieber may have asked her husband, Justin Bieber, to stop getting neck tattoos, but that doesn't mean she doesn't want any more of her own.

As revealed in a recent IG post from celeb tattoo artist Dr. Woo, It seems “awhile back” Hails added a delicately etched "new york” to her ever-growing ink collection.
Having grown up in the Big Apple, Hailey’s choice for a "Lil NY 🍎 love,” makes perfect sense. Ironically, what doesn’t, is that Bieber’s babe tried to put a stop to her hubby getting any more neck tattoos of his own. That said, HB’s tats are tiny, while the Biebs, not so much.
“I think I’m done with my neck, that’s a Hailey request,” Bieber admitted during his 2020 YouTube Originals documentary Justin Bieber: Next Chapter. Still, after Hails asked him to pump the brakes on neck tattoos, Justin did however add a delicate peach to his collection, so guess it’s free reign.
Hailey actually semi-recently opened up about her tattoos during a March 2021 interview with Elle Magazine, revealing she has "20-something" tiny tats, including a "J" on her finger, that has apparently since worn off. As well as a gun tattoo on her middle finger she now regrets. Saying, “now, as a 24-year-old, I would never do that. I think guns are violent.”
Curious as to what started it all? Hailey's first tattoo ever was of her parents' wedding date (written in roman numerals) and given to her by celeb tattoo artist JonBoy.
As he detailed to Refinery29 back in 2018, Hailey's dad Stephen Baldwin "was showing me all his tattoos that Kat Von D did and Hailey was like, 'Hey dad, can I get a tattoo?' And he said, 'When you're 18.' So when she turned 18, she came to me and got her parents' wedding dates in roman numerals on her wrist — from then on, she was hooked."
