Valerie Bertinelli is saying no to bad vibes.
The actress and Food Network host posted a photo to Instagram this week of the shoes she wore to her marriage with ex-husband Tom Vitale back in 2011. The couple legally separated in 2021.
Bertinelli captioned the post saying she was handing the heels over to luxury fashion marketplace The RealReal and didn’t include Vitale’s name, but it was definitely implied.
“Dropped a few things off with the @therealreal. A couple of Tiffany rings that have some bad memories attached and a pair of shoes I wore to a wedding in January 2011 [winking emoji]. They should be up in a couple of weeks!” She finished it off with a sparkling heart emoji.
The diamond encrusted shoes bear a Jimmy Choo label.
Her son she shares with rocker Eddie Van Halen, Wolf, even hopped in the comment section, “Love you, Ma,” complete with three heart emojis. Awww.
Bertinelli has had a long and contentious divorce with Vitale and just last month put her Hollywood Hills home up for sale at $2.5 million.
According to People, Bertinelli filed a 13-page document to bifurcate her marriage status from monetary issues when Vitale requested $50,000/month in spousal support.
