Shannen Doherty is not going to take claims she’s a liar lightly.
Doherty posted to her Instagram to discuss the “absolute lie” that she had been untruthful about her ex-husband Kurt Iswarienko cheating on her.
The former “Beverly Hills, 90210” star had recently said on her podcast, “Let’s Be Clear with Shannen Doherty,” that she had found out about her ex-partner’s cheating right before she was undergoing brain surgery to remove a tumor this past January.
Sources close to Iswarienko then told TMZ this was not true as the couple had been living separate lives for years prior to her surgery.
TMZ’s source also said the former couple had been living in different states for two years before her operation and he had communicated to Doherty he was seeing someone new.
“Let’s be clear, the truth matters,” Doherty wrote on Instagram. “I realize you’re scared of the truth but trying to circumvent it with lies will get you nowhere.”
She continued saying she would address everything on an upcoming episode of her podcast.
Doherty, who is currently undergoing treatment for breast cancer, married Iswarienko in 2011. She filed for divorce in April of 2023.
