It's April 1, which means you'll have to stare down just about everything you see as if you were Larry David before putting your belief in anything today.
California Alt-rockers 311 and convenience store chain 7-11 have teamed up today to cause a bit of confusion on their respective Twitter accounts -- trading their feeds for the unofficial April Fools' Day holiday -- and it's made for some interesting tweets.

The band has begun posting their own 7-11 flavored comments and images under the @7eleven account, which also has its profile picture changed to a stylized "3Eleven" logo. The same has been done on the @311 handle, with the store chain following suit with, hopefully, more witty posts to come rather than "cheesy" promotions.
Keep an eye on the accounts throughout the day for more -- and make sure you check and double-check every single link you're sent today. Don't be the person who falls for something as ridiculous as this 7-11/311 collab without doing yourself a favor and ensuring it's true first.
And before you ask, this is indeed as true as it gets. Kudos to the brand and band for giving us a little fun today!
