You can do it, Ariana Grande!
The latest quarantine activity from the Sweetener singer has hit us right in the medulla oblongata, as Ariana teamed up with her mom, and former Victorious co-star Elizabeth Gillies, for an amazing recreation of the Adam Sandler film, The Waterboy.
The three have been acting along to dialog from the 1998 classic, and it caught the attention of the film’s star, with Bobby Boucher himself giving his approval of the video.
“I could honestly watch you as Bobby Boucher all day,” Gillies wrote on Twitter, with Ariana responding, “u and @joangrande transformed. Truly soul shaking performances from u both.”
Gillies and Grande previously acted together on the Nickelodeon series Victorious, which was nominated for four Emmy Awards during its run. The “thank u, next” singer has been a content machine as she practices social distancing, releasing snippets of songs, debuting exclusive performances, handing out cash to fans in need, and even remixing her hits to fit the times.
Earlier this week she changed the lyrics to “7 Rings” in a Instagram story to read, “Hair masks and hot baths and exfoliation, zoom chats and board games, guided meditations."
“These are some steps of my quaran(rou)tine," the post continues.
Grande has also been shocking fans with curls, showing off her locks on social media. What a multi-tasking quarantine Queen.
