During a recent interview with GQ for his new album Richer Than I’ve Ever Been, Rick Ross obviously promoted his latest project. But also kept his beef with longtime adversary 50 Cent alive and well.

Ross not only took shots at the BMF creator for the payout he received on his latest TV endeavor, but also made his thoughts known about doing another VERZUZ, this time pitting the two against one another.
That said, before we get to the VERZUZ of it all, let’s get to the supposed paycheck tea. After admitting to watching the first episode of BMF out of support for Meech, Ross threw all the shade, also admitting he knew how much 50 made off of the entire season.
“Man, I saw the first (episode). I was just trying to support the homie Meech, the n****s in the street. I could put (my issues with 50) to the side,” Ross said. “I know he may have made a quarter million off the whole season. I’m happy he made that quarter.”
SHEEEESH! Moving on.
Despite having already participated in a VERZUZ battle against 2 Chainz, GQ knows what's up and knew the question of Ross vs. 50 needed to be asked. So, as for those odds— here’s what Ricky Rozay had to say.
“You got to ask yourself would 50 Cent come and do a VERZUZ with Rozay. I mean, you got to ask yourself honestly, would he come and stand next to Rozay in the arena or wherever it would be?”
Ross continued, “That’s really your question. I don’t even think it’s a question of if I would do it. That s*** light.” When pressed about suggesting 50 Cent is “light” work, Ross added, “Come on, now. I helped the views on his shows. On TV, he didn’t do nothing, man.”
Well clearly Ross woke up and chose verbal violence. Wonder if either of them will wake up and choose VERZUZ… We’re thinking that’s gonna be a no.
