Although no formal announcement of the band joining the Coachella lineup has been made. From 6:45-7:35 PM, Blink will bring “The Rock Show” to the desert, before beginning their scheduled tour in May.

After announcing that founding member Tom DeLonge was rejoining Mark Hoppus and Travis Baker to reform the trio after eight years of separation back in September 2022, the group had since planned for a tour scheduled to begin March 11 in Tijuana, Mexico. However due to Barker injuring his finger in rehearsals on two separate occasions in February with need for surgery, the tour was put on a two-month delay, as announced on March 3.

After their gig at Coachella, the band will continue their reunion and begin their tour on May 4 in St. Paul. Running through July 16, all across North America, Blink will wrap things up in Nashville before heading out the European leg in September, which they’ll follow with an Australian leg beginning in February 2024.

Back to the Coachella of it all, Blink-182 wasn’t the only surprise to pop up when set times were released. Also suddenly showing up in the lineup, previously unannounced James Blake is set to serenade fest goers on Friday at 8:30 PM on the Do Lab stage.
