Britney Spears signed a book deal with Simon & Schuster for a whopping $15 million, according to PEOPLE Magazine.
The book is expected to be a tell-all, which chronicles her career, her family, and her conservatorship.
Page Six, who initially reported the deal, cited an insider who said there was a bidding war from multiple publishers for the 40-year-old’s book.
Simon & Schuster nor reps for Spears have commented on the book deal.
In November, a Los Angeles judge ended Spears’ conservatorship. Spears continued to speak out against her family on Instagram, including her younger sister Jamie Lynn Spears, who published her own memoir entitled Things I Should’ve Said.
Spears’ lawyer issued a cease-and-desist letter following her younger sister’s book. In the letter, Spears’ attorney, Matthew S. Rosengart, wrote that Britney “will no longer be bullied by her father or anyone else.”
