It’s a nearly Christmas miracle! Or perhaps it was just time. Either way you look at it, it’s official Drake and Kanye West have ended their feud, and they blessed the internet with a picture to prove it.

So after both claiming “I love Drake” and calling him out for being “disrespectful” on Drink Champs just two weeks ago, last week, in a surprising turn of events, Kanye extended an olive branch asking the Toronto rapper for a truce.

Yes, on November 8, the Yeezy designer appeared in a short clip Canadian rapper and music executive J Prince posted on IG saying, "I am making this video to address the ongoing back and forth between myself and Drake. Both me and Drake have taken shots at each other and it is time to put it to rest.”

Ye then asked the Certified Lover Boy to join him on stage in Los Angeles on December 7 to "share the two biggest albums of the year" and to help him in his efforts to get convicted felon Larry Hoover released from federal prison.

"I believe this event will not only bring awareness to our cause," Ye added, "but prove to people everywhere how much more we can accomplish when we lay our pride to the side and come together."

Well, as proven on November 16, with Ye’s IG post (that basically broke the internet) the request clearly worked.

Surprising and shocking the masses, Kayne posted a photo of himself, Drake and J Prince on Instagram, pretty much confirming that his beef with the 6 God is over, or it least on it’s way to be mended (cause you know… these things take time). And if you’re still not completely convinced, just to look to the dove emoji caption as indication that the thought on their minds is peace.

Drake then followed suit sharing two videos of the meet up that took place at his Toronto palace, which he captioned, "You have reached your destination." The first video featured comedian Dave Chappelle giving a speech, followed by a clip of the former nemeses standing side by side in a brotherly embrace.

If you weren’t aware, Kanye and Drake have spent years going back and forth in one of the rap industry’s most notorious public disputes. The feud that gave us the lyrics “checks over stripes,” after most notably reaching new heights in 2018, after Drake accused Kanye of leaking private information about his son, Adonis, to his other rap nemesis Pusha T — though Kanye has denied it multiple times.

But honestly, none of that matters now, because Drake and Ye are officially friends and all is right with the world. Well, not really… but at least now this is.
