The 49-year-old shared an image of the Netflix sign which joked about Reynolds’ alleged streaming habits.

“Ryan Reynolds uses his mom’s Netflix account” read the sign, which was placed over a Netflix billboard.

“One last heist for the road. Beat that, @vancityreynolds,” Johnson captioned the post. “For the record, Ryan’s mama is an AMAZING WOMAN. Not sure why Ryan turned out the way he did.”

The former wrestler than made sure to promote their new project by adding, #RedNotice hits @Netflix worldwide THIS FRIDAY! Enjoy our film.”

Reynolds, who is known for his own witty sense of humor, responded jokingly in the comments, “In fairness, my mom uses my OnlyFans account.”

Netflix also got in on the fun by replying to Johnson. “This is the last time i let you decide what to put on the netflix marquee,” read a comment by the streaming giant’s official Instagram account.

“Red Notice” received a limited theatrical release last week and made its streaming premiere on Netflix on Friday.

In the film, Johnson plays an FBI agent who teams up with an art thief (Reynolds) in order to catch an elusive criminal portrayed by “Wonder Woman” star Gal Gadot.

With a reported budget of $200 million, “Red Notice” is said to be Netflix’s most expensive film to date.
