1 Brit’s “first time dancing in heels in a while”

Shortly after her explosive testimony, Spears took to Instagram to share a video where she was dancing to Lenny Kravitz’s “Fly Away.” She captioned the video, “This was from the other day !!!! My first time dancing in heels in a while … my new lil project.”

2 The leopard catsuit moment

In May, Britney shared a dance video that had everyone oohing and ahhing over her Popstar moves. Donning a skin-tight leopard catsuit, Spears brought out her fiercest moves. Alongside the video, she wrote, “SHE WANTS TO MOVE.”

3 Britney’s workout video where she explains burning down her gym

Ok, we know this isn’t actually a dance video, but this moment of transparency from Britney is legendary. Before starting her workout routine she explained “It was an accident ….but yes …. I burnt it down. I walked past the door to the gym and flames BOOM !!!!!! By the Grace of God the alarm went off after that and yippy hoorah nobody got hurt. Unfortunately, now I have only two pieces of equipment left lol, and a one-sided mirror gym!!!!! But it could be much worse so I’m grateful. Pssss I like working out better outside anyways”

5 A Britney and Mariah collab

Icon meets icon. Sharing her staccato and precise moves, Spears dances to Mariah Carey’s “My All.” The video feels like a shred of hope and a small window into Britney’s feelings.

6 RED Pt. 1

Most recently, Britney has shared two videos of herself dancing to Billie Eilish’s “Bad Guy.” She simply captioned the first video “RED !!!!” Bouncing and twirling, the video captures Britney’s amazing spirit and energy

7 Red Pt. 2

In the second half of her “RED” videos, choreographed to “Bad Guy” Britney is even feistier. And this time she responds to her critics, writing, “this is Bad Guy part 2….same song new dance … if you don’t like it… don’t watch it”
