According to Third Man Records, Jack White is workin' on some new material. The label shared images of White along with captions that reveal he's got a third solo album in the works, and he's been recording in both New York and Los Angeles.

In April, we got a taste of new music when White released "Battle Cry," a tune which accompanied a promo video for his co-owned sporting good company, Warstic. And a month before that, White spoke with The New Yorker about wanting to write music the way Michael Jackson did—in his head.
No word on his writing process thus far, but if it helps him create something like his previous solo albums, 2012's Blunderbuss and 2014's Lazaretto, we're all for it.
