Now that Swifties have the info they need on the next re-recorded Taylor Swift album, Red (Taylor’s Version) out November 19, they’ve shifted focus. Good news for everyone… except actor, and Taylor’s ex, Jake Gyllenhaal.

The original Red album was released in 2012, and featured songs crafted by Swift as she healed from the heartbreak caused by her split with Gyllenhaal after a three-month relationship.

“Musically and lyrically, Red resembled a heartbroken person. It was all over the place, a fractured mosaic of feelings that somehow all fit together in the end,” Taylor wrote on Instagram.

She continued, “I’m not sure if it was pouring my thoughts into this album, hearing thousands of your voices sing the lyrics back to me in passionate solidarity, or if it was simply time, but something was healed along the way.”

One of the songs that played a major part in that healing for Swift, and her fans, was “All Too Well,” a tune that reflects the vivd memories Taylor has of the relationship, and the scarf she never got back from Gyllenhaal…

“Now you mail back my things and I walk home alone / But you keep my old scarf from that very first week / ‘Cause it reminds you of innocence / And it smells like me,” Taylor sings. “You can't get rid of it / 'Cause you remember it all too well / yeah.”

Nine years later, the scarf has still not made a return to its owner and the internet is not OK with it.

In a tweet Taylor posted regarding the release, she revealed one of the 30 songs on the upcoming project is 10 minutes long and added a red scarf emoji. This can only mean one thing… not only do the fans remember the scarf is missing, but Taylor does too.

So Jake, if you’re reading — cough it up, because yes, we remember… All too well.
