Thanks to the most recent announcement we’ve learned that not only will Mickey Guyton be signing the National Anthem. But, R&B singer Jhene Aiko is set to sing “America the Beautiful,” and gospel act Mary Mary, accompanied by the Youth Orchestra of Los Angeles, will perform “Lift Every Voice and Sing,” as part of the pre-game ceremonies.
Additionally, on behalf of the National Association of the Deaf, actress Sandra Mae Frank will accompany Aiko and Mary Mary during their performances in American sign language. And making sure it’s only good vibes before start time, Zedd was tapped to be the official pregame DJ during player warmups.
The Super Bowl is set for Sunday, February 13, 2022 at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA. The game will air on NBC and Telemundo, and stream live on Peacock.
