Think your quarantine hair is out of control? Keith Urban is right there alongside you.
The country star took to Instagram and shared a photo of his new hairdo. No, he didn’t leave the house to go get it styled. It’s merely a product of not leaving the house.
Urban is almost unrecognizable as his shaggy hair droops down well past his eyes. “..... honestly,,,,, do I even need a caption. ?!!!!!! #quarantinehair” he wrote in his Instagram post.
While he’s surely not the only one biding his time in quarantine until he can go out and get it cut, it’s odd seeing Urban without his signature hairstyle.
Recently, Keith Urban came together with other country stars to perform from his home as part of ACM Presents: Our Country. The special was aired in place of the annual ACM Awards, which has since been rescheduled to the fall. Urban is still set to serve as the host, which will once again take place in Las Vegas. He celebrated the news of his hosting duties by releasing a brand new song called “God Whispered Your Name.”
Urban took home the Entertainer of the Year award in 2019 and is nominated for Male Artist of the Year at this year's ACMs.
Like many artists, the Country star has been active by performing concerts and covers from his home. With Nicole Kidman often by his side, Urban has been playing intimate private concerts for his Instagram followers. While his hair may be out of control, it’s nice to see he’s keeping occupied musically.
