Meghan Trainor is pregnant and expecting her second child with husband Daryl Sabara.

Announcing the news on the Today show, which coincided with an IG post. "I'm pregnant! We did it!" Meghan excitedly shared on Monday morning’s episode. Adding, “It finally happened, and we’re so excited.”
Already parents to son Riley, the soon to be parents of two captioned the IG reveal. "BABY #2 COMING THIS SUMMER @darylsabara 🥹🥰.” In the snap the glamorous mama is seen puckering her lips to the camera while holding a set of four ultrasound images.
Before making her official announcement, the pop star often hinted at the idea of having a second child. When telling People of her future goals in December 2022, Trainor noted, “hopefully, I’ll be pregnant in 2023. I’m trying to make four children, so I’ve got to get on it.”
Another exciting announcement for Meghan includes the release of her book, Dear Future Mama: A TMI Guide to Pregnancy, Birth, and New Motherhood from Your Bestie. Which she also surprised fans with during a pop-in appearance on Today.
As shared in the projects official press release, Megan fascination with the “entire experience” of pregnancy started the moment she discovered she was pregnant with her first child.
“I spent my entire pregnancy trying to get all the information I could possibly get. I was captivated by what I was experiencing, and as the first of my friends to be pregnant, nobody around me but my mom, my aunts, and strangers on the internet knew what I was going through,” Trainor shared.
Dear Future Mama, set to be released on April 25, 2023, is described as “a heartfelt and humorous guide for expectant mamas and their partners inspired by Meghan’s own journey into motherhood. Offering expert insights from Meghan’s own personal trainer, registered dietitian, husband, and ob-gyn.
