Country star Miranda Lambert has been putting in the hard work of being a forever friend to furry creatures far and wide for over a decade, and she's still coming up with fun ways to help enrich the lives of dogs and their humans with her Muttnation Foundation, created with her mom, Bev, in 2009.

Listen to your favorite music now on Audacy's Miranda Lambert Radio, and more!

Lambert just announced the list of 20 pet rescue shelters across the country that will be receiving a $1,000 grant from her foundation, while also sharing the amazing news that "Thousands of you adopted, fostered or volunteered with your local shelter last year and that makes our hearts so happy." Swipe below to see the full list of shelters.

Also, as noted in the description of a new quiz feature on Miranda's Muttnation website, "Pit mixes, large dogs, dogs with disabilities and senior dogs consistently get overlooked in shelters, and have a hard time finding a home." So they've put together a unique way to find out if any of these special dogs would be a fit for you... "so you can love harder this year!"

As an added bonus, after the quiz users are being given an opportunity to win tickets to see Miranda and Little Big Town on their joint Bandwagon Tour, on the road beginning April 27.

"Shelter pets – especially the ones that are hardest to get adopted – and the people who care for them, have always had my heart," Lambert said in a statement. "Valentine’s Day gives me one more chance to show just how special they all are to me."

Miranda is nominated for two GRAMMYs this year, now scheduled for April 3 -- Best Country Album for The Marfa Tapes, and Best Country Duo/Group Performance for her Elle King collaboration "Drunk (And I Don’t Wanna Go Home)." Lambert has also been tapped for a total of four ACMs in March: Entertainer, Female Artist, Album, and Video Of The Year.
