In early July, Ozzy updated fans regarding his scheduled appearance at Power Trip happening October 6 through 8 at the home of Coachella at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, CA, saying his body was "just not ready yet," adding he was "much too proud to have the first show that [he does] in nearly five years be half-a**ed."
In a new Ozzy's Boneyard update, Osbourne revealed he recently underwent a procedure to have a blood clot filter removed. "When I had the blood clots in my legs, they put a filter in your artery to stop the blood clots going to your heart and your brain," he explained. "It sounds worse than it is."
Although Ozzy has promised fans that he would return to the stage even if he needed "someone to wheel me out there," unfortunately he says, "the blood clots have jammed [him] all up."
"It's just disappointment after disappointment,” Ozzy adds, saying he’d like to, "just get this thing f***ing done, so I can go get on with my life."
Judas Priest have officially been tapped to take Ozzy’s place at Power Trip on Saturday, October 7.
