TRIGGER WARNING: Sexual Assault
Lil Mosey has been charged with second degree rape in the state of Washington and there's a warrant out for arrest for failing to appear in court.

As reported by TMZ, the 19-year-old was supposed to appear in court this past Wednesday, weeks after he was charged with second degree rape. Allegedly in January, an anonymous woman stated she and a female friend went to a cabin to see the "Pull Up" rapper, but alleged that both women ended up getting raped by him and another man.
TMZ obtained the affidavit where one of the victims expressed, "she consented to having sex with Mosey in a vehicle but goes on to says she blacked out afterward in the cabin after drinking White Claws and champagne. She claims a short time later [that] Mosey got on top of her and was pushing her legs up and apart while he was having sex with her. She said she recalled having pain in her leg muscles while Mosey was pushing her legs."
The woman continued and stated she blacked out again, only to wake up and find another man forcing himself on her. She did suffer some injuries and further alleged she received a text that the men were "talking about 'training two girls.'"
If Mosey is convicted, he faces life in prison.
