Now, gracing the cover of Vogue, for the seventh time might we add, Rihanna put her next level, abundantly-discussed maternity style on display while posing for famed photographer Annie Leibovitz, and we absolutely NEED to talk about it.

Known for slaying every red carpet, street wear, and basically any other look ever, RiRi has never been shy and continues not to be, wearing crop tops, low-rise jeans, sheer gowns and miniskirts since announcing her pregnancy back in January. Which doesn’t entirely surprise us, after all… she is Rihanna.

"When I found out I was pregnant, I thought to myself, 'there's no way I'm going to go shopping in no maternity aisle,'" she told Vogue"I'm sorry — it's too much fun to get dressed up.”

Determined not to “let that part disappear because my body is changing.” Rihanna and her ICONIC maternity style shut down the nay-sayers, while absolutely shutting it down in jewels and couture, on a mission to redefine pregnancy.

Let’s break down the looks, shall we?

Styled by fashion editors Alex Harrington and Jahleel Weaver, RiRi graces Vogue’s cover, proudly putting her bump on display in a strapless red lace Alaïa bodysuit, gloves, and shoes, paired with Chopard earrings. And from there, the fashion icon just kept on serving.

For another one of the looks Rihanna posed in a bathtub with strategically placed bubbles, wearing nothing but a Boucheron necklace and Chopard stud earrings. Which was accompanied with a series of equally stunning looks.

From glowing in a black Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello coat and Messika belly chains, rocking a billowing white Marc Jacobs puffer coat, while leaning on a balcony terrace at The Ritz in Paris, to posing pretty in a chic Rick Owens red cropped jacket and a matching maxi skirt.

Also stunning us all in a sheer watercolor Jean Paul Gaultier Haute Couture By Glenn Martens dress, and slaying in a jacket, sunglasses, and gloves by Dior, paired with Savage X Fenty briefs and Balenciaga boots, Rihanna once again proved she does not come to play, but shows up to fashionably slay.
