Opening up about his experimentation with psychedelics in conjunction with mindfulness and research, Seth shared how it taught him to detach from his ego and express his emotions, as well as the possible dangers of hallucinogens.

Reminiscing about being a famous teen back in the day, Seth noted, “I didn’t like alcohol, any drugs that I was experimenting with were more psychedelics with extensive research, and trying to emulate like Timothy Leary… I wasn’t like just getting high and going to work”

Additionally sharing about how therapy taught him to forgive his parents, why the search for the right therapist can be so frustrating, and the things that are currently on his self-improvement list.
