It’s a sad time for “Sister, Sister” fans.

Earlier this week, Tia Mowry-Hardrict dealt a serious blow to anyone hoping to see a reboot or sequel to the hit ‘90s series.

The 43-year-old took to TikTok to jump on the “Questions I Get Asked” trend and disclosed there would be no follow-up to the fan-favorite show, reported Entertainment Tonight.

In the clip, the question "Will there be a Sister Sister reboot?" flashed across the screen as Mowry-Hardrict replied, “No, sorry!” No further explanation was given.

The actress also disclosed she wouldn’t be returning to her role on “The Game” reboot.

Back in March, Mowry-Hardrict revealed the “Sister, Sister” update had been stalled because of legal issues.

"What's in the way is the rights," she told People. "We ended up moving forward with it and we didn't have all of the rights in place -- I guess there were still some legalities that needed to come into place that put it on hold."

"And once that put it on hold, then Tamera and I are not just sitting around, you know what I mean?" she said of her co-star and twin sister, Tamera Mowry-Housley. "She gets an opportunity, I get an opportunity -- but yeah, it's sad."

Her latest comments appear to put the nail in the coffin for hopes of a reboot.

On “Sister, SIster,” Tia and Tamera starred as twin sisters who reunite as teens after being separated at birth. The series ran from 1994 to 1999, and ended after six seasons and 119 episodes.

Fans can still enjoy the classic series as all six seasons are currently streaming on Netflix.
