The anonymous accuser claims the “Slow Motion” singer assaulted her in California on March 24, 2016.

Court documents describe the alleged assault as “a rape so brutal that Plaintiff Jane Doe required and received immediate emergency medical care,” in the complaint obtained by The Daily Beast.

The suit alleges the woman believed she would have consensual sex with Trey Songz as they have in the past, but as they made their way to the bedroom, he continued to ask her for anal sex.

“On the way up the stairs, Defendant Trey Songz repeatedly asked Plaintiff Jane Doe if Defendant could ‘get that ass.’ Plaintiff Jane Doe repeatedly told Defendant Trey Songz NO and to stop asking,” the suit alleged. “After entering the bedroom, Trey Songz turned, almost immediately, into a savage rapist.”

The woman alleged Trey Songz threw her to the ground, then ripped her pants off before pinning her down face first while forcing himself into her anus without consent.

The woman claims she screamed in pain and begged Trey Songz to stop. She added she tried to fight him off but was overpowered.

“Someone entered the room during the rape, and Plaintiff Jane Doe hoped the brutal anal rape might end. The individual quickly exited the room and the anal rape continued,” the suit claimed.

After the alleged assault, the woman said she called an Uber “to escape further attack and to get home,” but the driver noticed that she was in “clear distress and rerouted Plaintiff Jane Doe to the nearest hospital,” according to the filing.

In a statement to TMZ, Trey Songz’s team denied the allegations.

"Earlier [Tuesday], the attorney who drafted this suit was credibly accused of trying to pay a woman to falsely accuse Trey. Hours later, that same attorney has filed this suit on behalf of an anonymous client. It isn’t hard to see what’s happening here, and it is a shame for genuine victims of sexual assault. The rep adds, "the allegations in this complaint are false. Trey looks forward to having the facts fully aired.”

The woman is being represented by George Vrabeck and Ariel Mitchell, the same attorneys representing former college basketball player Dylan Gonzalez, who in January made a tweet accusing Trey Songz of raping her at a Las Vegas hotel room about nine years ago.

Mitchell has also brought a civil case against Trey Songz in Miami on behalf of Jauhara Jeffries, who claimed the singer sexually assaulted her at a club on New Year’s Eve in 2018.
