Will Smith is feeling the burn!
Smith gave fans an update as he continues to transform his body after previously declaring he was in the “worst shape of my life.”
The 52-year old “Men In Black” actor posted a clip that starts out almost shockingly blatant for a movie star. There he stands shirtless with not much on other than that familiar charming smile and a tiny pair of boxer briefs showing off his pandemic bulge. Smith comes around on a spinning platform to face the camera, shakes his head and says, "That is so nasty."
But then the clip cuts to quick shots of him burning it away with numerous weightlifting workouts.
The IG flick was titled "The Pursuit of Happyness," an apparent nod to the 2006 film he starred in alongside son, Jaden Smith.
Earlier this month, Smith, in his relatable way, didn’t whine out the usual celeb apology for just being human, as he openly explained his flabbiness (that somehow still has a bit of a six-pack) and new journey to lose weight.
"This is the body that carried me through an entire pandemic and countless days grazing thru the pantry,” he shared. “I love this body, but I wanna FEEL better… No more midnight muffins…this is it! “Imma get in the BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE!!!!!"
That led to a fun round of real life dads sending Smith their own “dad bod” pics with promises to shed the sloth.
I’m not sure about every dad out there, but this is Will Smith, a man known for aiming at a goal and hitting it as one of the most consistently successful actors of the last 25 years. So, we’re pretty sure he’ll be back to alien fighting shape in no time.
