If you knew you were getting an award for being, quite literally, a fashion icon at the 2021 CFDA awards, this is exactly how you should show up.
Alway’s understanding the assignment, Zendaya showed out at the CFDAs in the sickest two-piece Vera Wang set, comprised of a red bandeau top and matching low-rise, floor-length column skirt featuring a billowing peplum detail. Sporting jumbo box braids and muted glam, accessories included diamonds, diamonds, and—oh yeah!—more DIAMONDS.
The entire look was fire flames, and rightfully had the entire world gasping for air, including the starlets superhero (yet to be officially confirmed) boyfriend.
Which bring us to, the latest installment of — adorable things Tom Holland says about Zendaya. In celebrated his 25 year-old sweeties' status as the youngest person to ever receive the CFDA Fashion Icon Award, the British star shared the cutest freaking post on Instagram.
Alongside a stunning pic of Z from the event, a super proud Tom wrote, "Naaa stop it 😍. An incredible achievement for the most incredible person. Congrats @zendaya and @luxurylaw you guys deserve every bit of this."
Obviously fans flocked to the comments section in obsessive excitement, as it the only proper reaction we can think of as well. "OH MY GAWD," one follower wrote, while another joked that Holland’s IG was "becoming a Zendaya fanpage." Which we’re actually totally here for.
Despite being spotted making out in car this past July, Tom and Zendaya have yet publicly acknowledge a romantic relationship or make things IG official. That said in recent months, they (…well mostly he) started to use the social media app as a way to show the love.
In September, Holland celebrated Z’s birthday from afar, with a sweet tribute to his California girl from back home in England. "My MJ, have the happiest of birthdays. Gimme a call when your up xxx," he captioned a mirror selfie they has taken on the set of a Spider-Man film.
And then once again in October, Tom dedicated a post to his lovely lady, captioning a gorgeous photo of Zendaya at the London premiere of her latest film, simply writing, "Dune 😍."
We see you, Tom, we see you. Nothing stealthy about this our friend(ly neighborhood Spiderman).
