After years of hearing about items only being sold at McDonald's locations outside the United States, the fast food chain delighted fans by adding some international favorites to the menu.
However, many are hoping their most recent foreign item stays exclusively on menus far away.
McDonald's China announced recently that they will be adding a burger to their menu that consists of Spam topped with Oreo crumbles, Delish reported.
Starting December 28, the new Spam burger topped with Oreo crumbles will be available at McDonald’s locations in China.
The fast food chain will only make 400,000 of the limited edition burger, and will sell them until they run out.
The new burger was announced recently in China and went viral when video game analyst Daniel Ahmed tweeted about it, saying "look, I saw this so you have to see it too. Sorry, that's how it works."
The viral burger had many grossed out; however some say they’d be willing to try the strange combination of flavors. Clearly this is a taste not accustom to many in America, and plenty are hoping it stays that way.
